Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted today. The provider and one assistant caregiver were caring for 8 children, totaling 31 points. The children were observed playing with toys and interacting with each caregiver. Some of the younger children were observed taking their morning nap.
The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of the physical plant, programming, emergency preparedness, health records, children's records, caregiver training, and caregiver records.

Based on a review of caregiver records, it was determined one record was not complete. Evidence: The file for Assistant Caregiver A does not include the name and phone number for an emergency contact person.
