Discussed with Director: missing documents from the renewal application. The application cannot be processed until all documents are received.
Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. All rooms are in ratio during the inspection. The playground was not in use during today's inspection, but was inspected. 4 staff and 4 children's records were reviewed. See violation notice for missing information. Medications, first aid supplies, emergency supplies and injury reports are all in compliance. A Subsidy Health and Safety INspection was also conducted today.
Based on direct observation, cribs are not labeled for individual use. Evidence: Two children present in the infant room today do not have cribs labeled with their names.
