Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There is one child present (2 points) with 1 caregiver. 1 child and 7 adult/household/caregiver records were reviewed. All were complete. Emergency evacuations drills, first aid and emergency supplies, fridge/freezer temperatures, bathroom supplies and the menu are all in compliance. Violation discussed with provider: posted license is expired. Outside time for children in care consists of neighborhood walks while the backyard is cleaned up and organized.

Based on observation, the most recently issued license was not posted. Evidence: The license posted in the daycare expired November 1, 2021.
