Discussed classroom supervision when children are in the kitchen area and the main classroom area.
Comments:
An unannounced monitoring ins pection was conducted from 3:40pm - 4:15pm There were 8 children present and 3 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 3 children?s records and 3 staff records. Children were observed freely playing, singing and dancing.
Informatiopl gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation and staff interview, the licensee did not ensure documents required were posted in a conspicous place on the licensed premises.
Evidence: The violation notice posted was from June 3, 2022. The violation notice that was most recently was 09/2022.
