An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on July 20, 2022 from approximately 10:32 am to 1:35 pm. There were 160 children in attendance and a total of 45 staff present. 10 staff records and 10 children?s records were reviewed. All areas of the center were observed including classrooms, hallways, kitchen, and bathrooms. The children were observed playing with toys and puzzles, reading, participating in circle time, touring a bus for ?community helper week?, playing outside, washing hands, and eating lunch while the licensing inspector was on the premises. Lunch consisted of macaroni and cheese, broccoli, chicken tenders, pears, and milk.
A complete licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
There were no violations found during this supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
