Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/8/2022. There were 2 children directly supervised by the provider. The chilc care area, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed arriving for the day. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Description: Based on record review, the provider did not obtain for each caregiver and adult household member a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening form, in accordance with the requirements in 8VAC20-800-170, every two years from the date of the first screening or more frequently as recommended by a physician or the local health department.
