Licensing inspector arrived at 12:00pm and departed at 1:49 pm to conduct a licensing inspection and a Subsidy Health and Safety inspection. At the time of the tour there were 41 children in care with 5 staff . Additional staff were present. Children were observed napping. The sample size consisted of 5 children records and 5 staff records.
