Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-380-A-2
Description: Based on observation and interview, the center did not ensure that during the sleep or rest period cribs, cots, beds, or mats shall be used. Evidence: 1. The licensing inspector observed that during the resting period in the three and four year old classroom, there were three children sitting at tables. 2. Staff reported the children were sitting at tables due to a lack of linens for cots. Staff reported the children's parents had not brought in the linens required for napping.

Plan of Correction: Administration will ensure that children are provided the appropriate rest area during nap time.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-450-A

Evidence: 1. The licensing inspector observed three children in the two year old class napping on cots without a top or bottom cover.
