Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/13/2022. There were a total of 6 children (13 points) observed with 1 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, and eating lunch. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, care of children, handwashing, diapering, medication, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 1 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on a review of records, caregiver records do not contain documentation of repeated central registry searches (CPS) in the allowable 5 year time frame. Evidence: 1 0f 1 record reviewed contained documentation of CPS searches dated 4/6/2017 (expired) (Caregiver A)
