An inspection was conducted with another agency on 11/08/2021, in response to a self report received 11/03/2021. The investigation was concluded on 11/16/2021. Compliance was reviewed in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and special care and emergencies. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
