This monitoring inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 05/21/2020 and concluded on 05/27/2020. The director was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 16 children present 11 staff present. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and two staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathering during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. The licensing inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs. Thank you for you cooperation and call your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.
