A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on November 7, 2019 from 11:00am to 12:45pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 5 children (11 points) directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 2 children?s records, 3 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed coloring, gathering and participating in circle time, singing songs, reciting words in English and then Spanish and eating lunch. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
