Staff records were reviewed at the main AlphaBEST office in Woodbridge on 1/22/20.

An unannounced Renewal Inspection was conducted today from 4:35 to 5:10pm. There were 13 school-agers directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 5 children?s records, 2 children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, legos, eating snack and interacting with each other and staff. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
