An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted December 13 2019 between 10:30am and 12:00pm. There was 1 child in the direct care of the provider. The child was observed eating lunch, and washing his hands. The home was organized and offered supplies for all ages of children in care. Areas of non-compliance are listed on the violation notice.
