An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 11 2024 between 1:00pm and 1:50pm. There were 8 children (16 points) of the provider. Children were observed napping. The home is clean and organized. A review of the provider record, household records, background checks, child records, and the home was conducted. The citation is listed on the violation notice. Based on record review, the provider did not ensure that each child record have an annual parental review.
