A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on September 12, 2019 from approximately 10:54 am to 12:32 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Upon arrival to the facility, there were 30 children present with six staff members. Additional staff were on site for administrative and support purposes. The following items were reviewed as a part of the inspection: indoor and outdoor areas, supervision, administration, health and safety, physical plant, required documentation, and emergency supplies, procedures and required postings. Three medications were reviewed. The center does offer transportation services.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
