An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 12, 2019 from approximately 10:54 am to 12:32 pm. Upon arrival to the facility, there were 30 children present with six staff members. Additional staff were on site for administrative and support purposes. The following items were reviewed as a part of the inspection: indoor and outdoor areas, supervision, administration, health and safety, physical plant, required documentation, and emergency supplies, procedures and required postings. Three medications were reviewed.
