An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 02/18/2020 from 4:05pm to 5:40pm. The children were observed playing games, playing outside and eating snack. Snack consisted of carrots, ranch dip and pretzels. The snack menu was posted. Interviews were held with staff throughout the inspection, and the inspector interacted with children in each classroom when appropriate. The cafeteria and playground was inspected today.
Five children?s records were reviewed during this inspection. Employee records are kept off site. Medication is being administered and was reviewed. The center?s injury prevention plan was updated 01/1/2020.
The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected.

Today, the following child to staff ratio was observed:

The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections. There were no violations found during today?s inspection.
