This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the home.
A renewal inspection was conducted on 08/02/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 3 children present with the provider. The inspector reviewed 3 children's records and the record for the provider and two household members. The inspector reviewed the health and safety checklist with the provider during the virtual tour of the home.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
