The provider will send documentation of all completed training prior to the license expiration date.
Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. The provider and one assistant caregiver were caring for 6 enrolled children and one resident child, totaling 15 points. Children's records, the physical plant, emergency preparedness items, caregiver/adult records, background checks, and administrative items were inspected today. The provider reported that no children's medications were on site today.
This inspection was completed in the middle of the day. All children were observed taking their afternoon nap. The children had been served vegetable fried rice and milk for lunch earlier in the day.

Based on a review of emergency preparedness items, it was determined that the provider does not have an emergency flashlight and radio that meet all requirements. Evidence: The provider does not have a battery operated flashlight, nor a battery operated weather band radio.
Plan of Correction:
I will buy a new flashlight and a new radio.
