This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/05/2021 and concluded on 10/12/2021. The assistant director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 0 children present and 1 staff. The center is currently closed. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and background checks. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
