An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on May 3, 2023 from approximately 5:15 pm to 5:45 am. There were 6 children in attendance and a 1 staff present. 1 staff record and 3 children?s records were viewed electronically. All areas of the center were observed including gym, classroom, and bathrooms. The children were observed playing in centers at the facility across the street while the licensing inspector was on-site.
A complete licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
No violations were cited as a result of this inspection.
