A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on September 19, 2023. There were 103 children present with 8 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

8VAC20-790-600-B (Repeat) Based on a review of staff records, the provider failed to ensure within the first 90 days of employment of service all caregivers complete Virginia Pre-Service Training for Childcare Staff.
