An announced modification study was conducted on Thursday, September 12, 2019 from 10:50 AM to 11:15 AM. The department received a request to modify the facility?s license on September 11, 2019. The licensee has requested to relocate to a building located at 6700 Cedar Croft St, Richmond, VA 23228 for the school year due to renovations at their current location. A member of management was available during the inspection. The effective dates of the license will not be affected.
