This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A code compliance inspection was initiated and concluded on 8/27/2021. The director/in-charge person was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 66 children present, ranging in ages from 8 weeks to 9 years, with 21 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of 5 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
