Comments:
Licensing Inspectors conducted an unannounced CODE Compliance Inspection on 09/26/2023 There were 13 children ages 22 months to 4 years old present under the direct care of 3 staff. The Licensing Inspectors reviewed 3 children?s records and 5 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program
Based on record review, the Center failed to ensure children are in compliance with each child enrolled having documentation of the previous child care.
EVIDENCE:
Licensing Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records. Record for Children 1 and 2 did not include previous child care.
Plan of Correction:
The director will make sure that all families have previous child care noted in the record.
