Based on review of staff records, the facility did not ensure staff completed the Annual Virginia Health and Safety Updated training for child care staff required annually of subsidy vendors their staff.
Evidence:
The most recent completion of the Health and Safety annual training for staff #2 was dated 03/22/2019. Staff #2 did not have documentation of completing the annual training for the 2020 year or the 2021 year. The training was due for staff #2 by 03/22/2021.
Plan of Correction:
Per the director: We will have staff complete the health & safety updated training annually.
