Discussion focused around the RM2 form and the SHSI2 form emailed to the center. The RM2 form was used as an interview and recording tool in order to better assist in determining compliance of all applicable laws and standards.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An unannounced renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on this date of May 5, 2020. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 26 children present and 6 classroom staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed (3) children?s records and (3) staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the director COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
