Discussion of the SHSI2 form was used to better assist with the determination of compliance to all applicable laws and standards.

A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated and concluded on this date of May 5, 2020. The Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were (26) children present and (8) staff. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
