Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on April 26 2021 and concluded on June 1 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children present and 1 staff. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 1 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
Based on record review, 1 of 2 child records did not contain all of the required information
Evidence: Child Record 1 did not contain written authorization for the provider to seek emergency medical care.
