Comments:
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements not covered in the licensing regulations. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date, and the two inspections combined cover all SHSI requirements. A violation of the supplemental SHSI requirements was found. Based on record review, the provider did not ensure that lockdown procedures are practiced annually.
