The Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) assumed oversight of child care licensing and monitoring on July 1, 2021. All associated regulations and codes have transferred over from the Virginia Department of Social Services. A code crosswalk document was given to the provider showing the new regulation numbers.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/21/21 and concluded on 10/25/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children present as currently there are no children enrolled. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 staff/household records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
