An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on July 15, 2019 from 11:00am-12:00pm. Upon arrival to the facility, there were 39 children present with 5 staff members. The children were observed participating in age appropriate activities. 14 Staff records were reviewed. The licensing inspector toured the facility and reviewed supervision, background checks, nutrition, physical plant, and administration. There were no violations cited. An exit meeting was conducted with the facility director prior to the end of the inspection.
