This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A complaint inspection was conducted on 02/09/2021 and completed on 02/22/2021 in response to an allegation that the facility was not adhering to Code of Virginia requirements for safe sleep, staff-to-child ratio and supervision procedures.
Based on the information gathered which included staff interviews, a review of written policies & staff records, and a virtual review of the facility this complaint is found to be not valid. No violations were issued.
