An investigation was initiated from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm to investigate a complaint regarding physical plat, special feeding needs, care, protection, and guidance, and preventing the spread of disease. Interviews and classroom observations were conducted, and documentation was reviewed. The portion of the complaint regarding physical plant is determined to be valid. The portions of the complaint regarding special feeding needs, care, protection, and guidance, and preventing the spread of disease was determined to be not valid. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation of the infant room it was determined that not all areas of the center are maintained in clean and safe condition. Evidence: The Licensing Inspector observed black mold under the top cabinet, located to the left of the microwave.
