This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and a virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 10:45am. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 11 children present = 31 points with the provider and assistant caregiver #1. Ratios and supervision were in compliance at the time of inspection. Children were observed playing with toys and blocks, and reading books. The home was sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for children, and appeared clean and organized today.
