Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted November 25 2019 between 1:30pm and 2:30pm.There were 4 children in the direct care of the provider. Children were observed napping throughout the inspection. The home is clean and organized. Age appropriate materials are available for children in care. Based on record review and staff interview, the provider does not have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation issued within the last two years.
Evidence: Staff #1 first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications expired 11/23/2019.
Plan of Correction:
Provider will complete renewal within a week.
