Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:00am-10:45am with the provider on site. There were 11 children with 3 caregivers. A sample of 2 children's files and 4 caregivers/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play and identifying letters with the caregiver and putting them in order. Interactions between the children and caregivers were positive. The site was clean, organized and contained an abundant supply of developmentally appropriate materials. The physical space, attendance records, first aid kit, drill record and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. There were no medications on site.
