A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/9/19 from 1:15pm - 2:30pm. During the inspection there were 26 children ages four months old through four years old in care with seven staff. Children were observed participating in various activities in the classrooms and during rest period. Records were reviewed for five children and five staff during the inspection. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
