An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 24, 2019 from approximately 8:45 am-10:00 am. Upon arrival to the facility there were two staff members with 12 children present. The children were observed during free play, having circle time with their teachers and taking a group bathroom break. One large room divided into two sections, a small adjacent room and a bathroom were reviewed. The center does not have an outdoor play area at this time. The center does not offer transportation. Two staff members and one volunteer record were reviewed.
