Comments:
A code compliance inspection was initiated and concluded on 1/10/2024. There were 6 children present with 1 staff supervising. The children were observed during teacher led activities. A total of 1 staff record was reviewed. The inspection started at 10:25 am and concluded at 10:45 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review and staff interview, the center did not ensure to obtain background checks every five years.
Evidence: The most recent central registry check for staff #1 was dated 5/1/2018.
