Today we discussed the specifications of cleaning versus sanitizing items to - include that that sanitizing requires that items or surfaces be "sprayed or dipped". Disinfecting wipes would not meet the criteria for sanitizing. However, you may use disinfecting wipes on items in addition to sanitizing with spray for items ?required? to be sanitized.

When parent indicate that a child may not consume certain foods, please be sure that you have sufficient documentation to specify whether the child has an ALLERGY, Sensitivity, or that the food is not consumed due to a religious preference, etc. If a child has a food ALLERGY, additional documentation is required from the child?s physician.

Staff are currently using ProCare (digital attendance) for checking children?s attendance in addition to using a written form in their classrooms to document children as they arrive and depart.
