An unannounced, on-site subsidy monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 6/10/2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:25 pm and ended at 1:40 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 36 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
