Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 13 children present, including 2 resident children (48 points) with 3 caregivers. Children were observed playing with a variety of toys, eating and preparing for rest. 3 caregiver, 1 resident and 5 child records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited today. Emergency evacuation drills were conducted, just not recorded, per the provider. The menu, cot spacing, fridge/freezer temperatures, bathroom supplies, first aid and emergency supplies were all in compliance today.
