Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on July 23, 2019 fro 11:00 a.m through 1:00 p.m. There were fifty-eight children in the care of nine staff. No medication is being administered at this time. Five children's and five staff records were reviewed and updated.
Areas observed were: free choice activity, art/crafts, story-time, short movie, hand washing/bathroom and diapering procedures, lunch and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seem comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
