The unannounced non-mandated inspection was completed on 07/17/2019 from 2:00 P.M.- 4:00 P.M. The inspection was in response to a serious injury report that was received in the Valley Licensing Office on 07/09/2019. One children file, three staff files, accident/incident report, staff documentation of incident, and sign in/out sheets were reviewed. Three staff were interviewed and a classroom observation took place. The children were observed in naptime, transition from nap, snack and free choice activities. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
