A Subsidy Health and Safety inspections was conducted on 08/15/2019 from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of the inspection 11 children were in care with five staff, and one administrators. Five children records, five staff records,emergency plan, evacuation drills, first aid kits, emergency supplies, outdoor play area, health inspection,fire inspection, and posted required information was reviewed. Children were observed during outdoor gross motor time which included a walk, music and movement, storytime, an art activity, diapering, handwashing, free choice activities, lunchtime, and naptime. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
