A subsidy complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on 03/06/2024. The investigation included review of records and staff interview. The complainant alleged that there is one staff person on duty with the children in the morning. It is not a subsidy requirement to have more than one person on duty with the children. Also alleged was that there are times during the day when no staff on duty have first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification.
Information gathered during the investigation determined non-compliance with applicable vendor requirements and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program and discussed with the program director during the exit interview.
Based upon review of records, the facility has not ensured that staff have obtained cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification within 90 days of employ. Evidence: According to the record provided, staff 2 was hired on 9/11/2023. Staff 2 does not have current CPR certification.
