An unannounced subsidy inspection was concluded on March 22, 2023 at 9:30am. This is a voluntarily registered home. Only subsidy requirements were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Currently, the vendor is not watching children at this time however vendor plans to continue being a Voluntarily Registered home. Provider will informed DSS and DOE when watching children again. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
