Comments:
Licensing Inspector arrived at 10:00 and departed at 10:45 AM to conduct a voluntary registration monitoring inspection in conjunction with an initial subsidy health and safety inspection. There are currently no children enrolled in this home. Records for the provider and other household members were reviewed.
Based on review of the household records, it was determined that individuals with negative tuberculosis (Tb) screenings did not obtain additional screenings every two years thereafter.
Evidence: The records for household members #2 and #3 had Tb screenings dated 8/11/17 and 6/9/17 respectably.
Plan of Correction:
Provider will ensure that all household members obtain updated Tb screenings and that results are maintained in the records.
